Я робила з цього тільки 3 вправу бо всі інші важкі для мене і я даю перевагу підтягуватись з резинкою або на тренажері де є підтримка,дійсно добре відчуваю спину та плечі і думаю що я жінка халк😂😂😂але зараз такого немає але я дуже хочу і надіюсь скоро повернусь чекаю на результати аналізів сьогодні надіюсь що все добре ❤️❤️❤️

Ні дощу не було і стало навіть дуже жарко😅☀️я не очікувала такого але зараз доволі нормальна погода є невеликий вітер і мені це подобається🥰❤️
Чоловік я хотіла у тебе дещо запитати та дізнатись, не хотіла про це говорить але зарплата ще не скоро а сьогодні я витратила останні гроші на проїзд, пройшло десь тиждень або трішки більше з того часу як я в тебе щось просила я максимально економила так інколи купляли щось смачне але це було дуже рідко і якщо ти можеш мені треба твоя допомога на продукти на те щоб їздити на роботу🥺❤️
Чесно ця робота зовсім мене не влаштовувала мені не подобається але в мене має вибору це хотя би щось щоб закривати свої якісь моменти в житті або не просити тебе все що тільки можна тому що мені дуже соромно якщо чесно, але в мене зараз немає виходу ,все що мені потрібно зараз це працювати вилікуватись та закінчити навчання і після того я буду вільна і зможу робити все що завгодно і якщо навіть буде потрібно ти мене навчиш працювати і можливо я буду заробляти трішки більше чим зараз я завжди буду з тобою і не знаю як все буде але я чесно дуже хочу щоб це все закінчилось то я закінчила навчання та поїхала звідси але зараз такий період його треба просто пережити 🥺❤️
Мені потрібно приблизно як минулого разу десь 300$ це все що потрібно на їжу по що більше нічого🥺🙏❤️❤️❤️
